Dr. Frischholz earned his doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the University of Illinois in 1990. He did his clinical internship in forensic psychology, child and adolescent psychology, and neuropsychology at Belleview Hospital, New York University Medical Center. Dr. Frischholz is currently on staff at Rush North Shore Medical Center. He also is engaged in a full time private practice in Clinical, Consulting, and Forensic Psychology. Dr. Frischholz has authored over fifty papers on clinical and experimental hypnosis and is the former editor of the American Journal of Clinical Hypnosis. He is a fellow of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis and received his ABPH in 2006.

Sally Witt, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist and an Approved Consultant of ASCH. Her private practice is the Counseling & Hypnosis Center in Arlington Heights, IL., dedicated to helping people achieve their goals by increasing motivation, confidence, and self-esteem. Blocks to success such as stress, fears, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, health concerns and unwanted habits like smoking or overeating may be the focus of treatment. Dr. Sally Witt received her doctorate from Northwestern University in 1985, and was a tenured Professor of Student Development at Oakton College from 1980 to 1994.

Dolores Bjorkman, MSW,, ASCH-approved consultant, is a registered nurse and a licensed clinical social worker with a private practice in Hinsdale, Illinois. Enlightened by her own life-long quest for health and healing, she assists clients with physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual concerns to learn new ways to relieve pain and increase pleasure in their lives. She has held many leadership positions in nursing and hospital administration. She has supervised masters level students in counseling and business programs. She received her masters degree in social work from Loyola of Chicago.

Thomas J. Rostafinski, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Oak Park, Illinois and an ASCH Approved Consultant. He serves on the faculties of the Stritch School of Medicine, Loyola University, and of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He also holds several other hospital staff memberships. He is fluent in the Polish language and his practice is bilingual; he makes regular appearances on Polish-language radio in Chicago to discuss mental health issues.

Dr Nina Gritzalis, PsyD received a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology. She is certified in Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, and is an ASCH Approved Consultant in Clinical Hypnosis. She specializes in assessment of hypnotizability, as well as cognitive-behavioral therapy, women's issues, and grief counseling, and clinical hypnosis to overcome personal difficulties and enhance life performance. She helps clients of all ages in times of crisis or longer term life transitions. She has over 20 years of mental health experience within the Illinois Department of Human Services. She is currently involved in post-doctoral training as a Medical Psychologist through Alliant International University. Dr. Gritzalis has a private practice in Orland Park, Illinois.

Billie S. Strauss, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist who heads the psychology program at the HIV Care Program at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, does private practice in Downers Grove, Illinois, and holds an adjunct faculty appointment at University of Illinois at Chicago. Previously, she has been Chief Psychologist, Director of Psychology Training, and Director of Outpatient Psychiatric Services at Michael Reese Hospital and Associate Professor in the Psychology Department at University of Illinois at Chicago. She received her Ph.D. from University of Chicago. Dr. Strauss is a fellow of SCEH and of APA, holds diplomate status in American Board of Psychological Hypnosis (ABPH) in Clinical Hypnosis and in American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) in Clinical Psychology, and is an Approved Consultant from the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. She currently is co-chair of the Education Committee of SCEH and has chaired and served on the faculty of annual SCEH workshops and local SCEH Chicago workshops for many years. Dr. Strauss' previous activities also include advisory editor of the AJCH and IJCEH and President and Newsletter Editor for Division 30 of APA.

Carol B. Low, Psy.D., clinical psychologist, is co-founder of the Center for Conscious Living in Naperville, Illinois. In addition to her doctorate from the Illinois School, she has Masters degrees in Clinical Psychology and Family and Child Studies and a Montessori teaching certificate, as well as training in preparing families for childbirth and parenting. Dr. Low is an Approved Consultant from the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis and has specialized training in neuropsychological assessment and psychoeducational assessment. Dr. Low also received training from the Center for Integrated Therapy in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain disorders and has received her primary and secondary certifications in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy from the Albert Ellis Institute.
